Are you someone who loves connecting with families and helping them find the perfect program for their child? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions and Reception Specialist to be the welcoming face of our preschool and camp programs.

This role is more than just answering phones—it’s about building relationships, guiding families through the enrollment process, and making sure every child has a great start at Jump! Gymnastics.

You’ll play a key role in helping our programs grow by managing inquiries, following up with interested families, and ensuring a seamless admissions process. If you’re excited about making a real impact and being part of a fun, energetic team, we’d love to meet you!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in a licensed childcare facility or administrative role is preferred. Experience in both areas is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Drive, spreadsheets, Gmail, and CRMs is essential. A quick ability to adapt to new software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. The role involves confidently handling phone inquiries, effectively communicating program benefits, and maintaining excellent organizational practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is approachable and friendly, and enjoys engaging with children and families.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Administrative & Compliance: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality standards in Preschool and Camps. Be highly familiar with HHS Minimum Standards and ensure compliance, especially during inspections (fire, sanitation, and routine). Maintain accurate documentation, including admissions paperwork, immunization, and medical records.
  • Enrollment & Customer Service: Manage all aspects of the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork. Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and sales, while supporting current and prospective clients.
  • Operations & Event Coordination: Manage event preparation, including marketing materials, birthday celebrations, and schedule updates. Oversee a flawless sign-in/sign-out process. Provide support in Preschool and Camp operations when short-staffed and use childcare experience to help teachers manage escalated behavior or assist students who are upset when their parents leave.
  • Community Engagement & Outreach: Represent the organization at local marketing booths, connect with schools and businesses, and attend open houses to build relationships and drive growth.

TYPICAL SCHEDULE:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:15 AM – 2:00 PM (Hours may vary based on preschool offerings).
  • Special Events: As scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
:

  • Ability to see and hear clearly from up to 20 yards away to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable with frequent squatting, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and reaching overhead to support children and maintain the facility.
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Prepared to step into physical tasks as needed, such as assisting children with activities or tidying shared spaces.
