Love working with young children and staying active? This part-time role combines early childhood teaching during the week and gymnastics coaching on Saturdays, offering a consistent schedule and a fun, positive environment.
It’s a great fit for college students, future educators, or anyone who enjoys working with children through learning and movement.
Schedule
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30am – 1:30pm (Jump!-n-Learn Teacher)
- *Fridays: 8:30am - 1:30pm (Jump!-n-Learn Teacher)
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm (Gymnastics Coach)
- Optional additional hours: weekday afternoon gymnastics classes, camps, Parent’s Night Out, and birthday parties
- *Depends on preschool enrollment in the program
What You’ll Do
- Lead playful, structured learning activities for toddlers and preschoolers using the Jump!-n-Learn curriculum
- Create a safe, supportive classroom that builds confidence and curiosity
- Coach fun, themed gymnastics classes focused on skill-building and confidence
- Connect warmly with families and support a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Enjoy working with young children in a classroom or group setting
- Background or interest in gymnastics, dance, cheer, tumbling, sports, yoga, or movement-based activities
- Dependable, energetic, and comfortable leading groups
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Willingness to work day camps as schedule allows
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Jump! has four locations, one in South Austin, North Central Austin, Domain-Austin and its newest location in Hutto, TX. We pride ourselves on teaching in a fun, positive atmosphere.
